Pursuant to cur conference at your office on January 2, I enclose
herewith two completed copies of your Utilities 01 Easement form,
one executed by Renton Boiler Works for the south 10 feet of
Lot 1, and the other by T.M.T. Construction (Custom Cabinets)for
the south 10 feet of Lot 3, all City of Renton Short Plat 282-79.
Enclosed also is a Bill of Sale executed by both the Boiler Works
and the Cabinet Shop transferring title to the water, lone itself.
I would presume that these documents are sati. factory, but if you
are in need of anything additional to complete your requirements
in this matter, please contact me.
