'rhe purpose of this memo is to inform ^ou c` ieficiencies found with the '
water system at the above referem.ed development.
Inspection on 6-20-80 revealed the following:
1. Unable to locate gate valve near SW corner ct building.
2. No guard posts around hvdrant in parking lot on east side of building.
3. Valve box on east side of Monroe Ave. NE has not bren raised to grade.
4. Street patch in Monroe Ave. NE has not been completed. It will be
necessary to remove the exisc-ing patch, saw cut the edges of the
asphalt, pave and seal the edges of the patch.
