(9) City of Renton area charge for sewer and water was paid. King County
area charge will be paid upon receipt of a bill from the City (area
computed for City charge times $0.015 per square foot).

(11) Will the City prepare these easement forms?
(12) Tne westerly emergency access road in the City of Seattle powerline
easement will be fine-graded and rocked upon completion of the site
re-grading in this area.
BiEAST ANNEX
In response to the memorandums (2) given us at our meeting, we have the following
comments:
(1) Union Avenue right-of-way acquisition will be paid upon receipt of a bill
from the City stating basis for and amount of prorated cost.
(2) Street surface improvements for that portion of Union Avenue Southeast
adjacent to Leisure Estates shall be waived until such time as the
street system is improved in total (as per Board of Public Works approval).
C. SOUTH ANNEX
We have revised the plans to reflect the planning staff's recommendations (report
to the Hearing Examiner), including the suggestions offered by you at our meeting,
as follows:
(1) The sanitary sewer system has been revised to transport sewage to a receiving
manhole in Union Avenue Southeast, keeping the sewage within the Heather
Downs drainage basin.
(2) The temporary erusion control notes, and :letail , are shown in Plan She•:t
No. 12.
(3) Will the City prepare the deed for the conveyange of the East 30 feat of
the North 330 feet of the Northeast k of the Southeast h of Section 15,
Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M.?
We trust we have adequately addressed those items contained in Mr. Gonnason's letter

In accordance with our meeting in your office, Friday, June 15, 1979, we are
transmitting, herewith, the following documents for your review and approval .
(1) Improvement Plans, comprising 13 sheets - three (3) sets
(2) 0rainage Computations , comprising 3 pages - three (3) sets
A. NOPTH ANNEX
At our meeting, you presented us a copy of Warren Gonnason's letter, dated
September 26, 1978. regarding agrEed upon improvements to the north annex. We
have responded to this letter in the same sequence as written for clarity.
(1) The control structure (fond 12) was installed in the lower pond as per
the plans; the overflow pipe in the existing control structure (pond #I)
was raist.d. The orifices were sized accord 0gly.
(2) 12" culverts were installed at each roadway crossing.
(3) An 8" perforated C.M.P. drain was installed in a drain rock envelope
along the easterly property line and connected to the catch basin at the
south end of the stub street.
(4) The rock dams were reconstructed; however, due to the amount of surta e
drainage waters through the existing system last winter, an annual main-
tenance program will be required to keep the dams in service. The lams
will therefore be rebuilt this summer.
(5) See Gonnason's letter to Cosney regarding cemetery drainline.
(6) Completed as per Ron Ulson.
(7) Completed es per Dave Tibbets.
(8) As-built plans are being prepared fo • the north annex at scale 1" = 50'A.
