and maintenance of the utility line. However, the grantor shall not
erect buildings or structures over, under or across the right-of-way
during the existence of such utility. Grantor shall be allowed to
blacktop or pave with cement the 30 ft. strip which is part of the F

shall be binding on the Grantor, his successor:., heirs and assigns.

Pursuant to our telephone conversation, I have obtained
another easement, as evidently the first one was lost somewhere.
If you require any fee for your recording of the easement
please call Mr. Pennington at 251-8022, and he will remit with
a company draft directly to your office.
A ques.ion was raised as to the adequacy of the letter
directed to Mayor Barbara Y. Shinpoch under date of November 18,
1980, and I understand in talking with you that it is adequate.
If there are any further questions, please advise; otherwise
we will deem that the Latecomer's Agreement will be accepted by
the Renton City Council in due course under their normal procedures.
