have the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as
may be necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose
of constructing, maintaining, rewiring, altering or reconstructing said

The Grantor shall fully use and enjoy the aforedescribed premises,

I have consulted Air Products on this matter and enclose a copy of
their letter of May 16, 1980, addressed to your Mr. Richard C. Houghton,
with a copy of the signed, notorized and executed Utilities Easement
attached.
I hope that this satisfies the requirements of the Public Works Depart-
ment on this matter.

utility easement. The delay was apparently caused by a further
revision of the legal description. I understand that the des-
creption was ironed out between our respective engineering
divisions. In any event, the easement has been executed on

grants 30 feet of Powell Ave.to the city. As we cannot grant such lands
we offer the following as a revised legal description:
Beginning at the NW corner of Lot 1, Earlington Industrial Park x2,
as recorued in Volume 88 of Plats, Page 11, Records of King County,
Washington less the N 1036.60 feet; thence S 60 15, 00" E for
distance of 30 feet, being the True Point of Beginning;
Thence S 880 15' 00" E for a distance of 202'
Thence S 010 13' 17" W for a distance of 50r
Thence N 880 15' 00" W for a distance of 15'
Thence N 010 13' 17" E fTr a distance of 35'
Thence N 880 15' 00" W for a distance of 187'
