3. Utility Easement signed by church.
SANITARY SEWER
1. Sanitary Sewer Easenent to be prepared covering the wet 10 feet of the
church property adjacent to Union Avenue N.E.
2. Sanitary Sewer plan to required to he signed by Ken Oyler and stamped
with his F.E. seal and labeled "As-Built".
