When you met that requirement in 1980, your Bill of Sale was drawn up in error and recorded in error. As you can see from the recorded copy of the Bill of Sale enclosed, you turned the puendall Terminal real estate property by legal description over to the City instead of just the waterpipe. We recently discovered the error while preparing some 010 file* for micro- filming. We have prepared a corrected Bill of Sale reflecting the proper tt..nnfer of the waterline, fire hydrants, gate valves and other appurtenances for your signature. Upon the day we record the revised Bill of Sale, it will immediately revoke the previously recorded Bill of Sale.
