The City of Renton holds a sewer easement over your property recorded under AFd6513014 (copy attached). However, we require that the easement cover, the water service to the fire hydrant as well. Since Mr. Steve Harer no longer owns the tavern, we are asking you both to sign the enclosed easement before a notary public and return same to the City of Renton for recording. As you can see, we just changed the word from "sewer" to "utility" so that the new easement will cover both water and sanitary sewer utilities. The corrected easement will not encumber any additional portion of yOVr property. Please do not hesitate to call if you have any questions, at the number listed above.
