Normally engineers check out the mylar original and revise it to
with the project as constructed.

Confirming our telephste conversation of March 5, 1980, our
purchase contract with Glacier Park Company provides as follows:
'Buyer will be responsible for one-half the expense
of installation of an internal looped water line if
required by the City of Renton. Water line to be
located within the 10-foot easement indicated in
blue on Lxhibit "A" attached hereto. "
Pocase accept this letter as our commitment to the C`y of Renton
to accept responsibility for one-half the installation expense of
this water line through the easement along the easterly 10 feet
of our property should we expand our building to the east, should
the property to our east be developed or if for other reasons the
City of Renton requires the water line to be installed.
