I refvr to your letter fated June S, 1979 to Mr.
Catlyle E. Mattison, in which you Indicate than in
accordance with • Water Main Agreement dated Pabruary
3, 1967. you give Mr. Mattison official notice to
begin installation of a 6' water win. Mr. Mattison
has approached my office and Indicated to me that
apparently the reason for a demand of the 6' win
has arisen is Aug to the fact that there have been
some complaints by water users, namely, Jerry Mams,
that pressure is not eufticiu t on that line that
rune along northeast 1Sth street. please be advised
that Mr. Adam* to not even on the Mattison line, but
there is a line directly to the mouth of the Mattison
line that services Mr. Adams' property.
Please be advised that all users on the line,
that is the subject matter of the Water win Agreement
have no problems with water pressure, ..nd it would
appear inequitable, at this time, to require Mr.
Mattison to put In a 4' main In light of the fact that
all asere on that lens are quite satisfied with its
preeFure.
I an sending you this letter to Inform you of
Mr. Mattison's feelings and perhaps put this matter to
rest as it would appear that if Mr, Mauve has a problem,
it is a problem that he will have to take care of. In
light of the fact that he is complaininn about his own
line.
