STUB SERVICE AGREEMENT
FOR METERS LARGER THAN 3/4"
The fallowing is a portion of Ordinance 13056, City of Renton. Washington, which
amends Chapter 2 of Title III (Departments) of Ordinance 01628 entitled "Code of
General Ordluancea of the City of Renton" *raining to the Water Oevsrcmeat,
relating to charges, installations, feu a: pruC"dutee.
Section 3-206, Subsection (F) as amended:
(F) Whenever it is dammed prudent, in case of a new development of
subdivision, to install the service from the main to the water
box hereinafter referred to as "stub service" prior to comple-
tion of paving or street construction, the City will provide
such service for one hundred percent (100%) of the Gurrent down
payment fee, set for the various water sizes larger than 3/4".
(As established by City Council) Time and materials are
involved for the installation of motors larger than 3/4", there-
fore a separate billing shall follow the installation of the
water **tare covered
