application to install the row water line on said subject property,

The City of Renton facilities tap fee is set by City Ordinance 3056, ,
(8-9-76) and recited in the City Code book 3-241 Sectior F.

The City began collecting the tap fee on August 16, 1976 If your
original installation was built prior to that date and no other improve-
ment has been made, the systems development fee has never been collected.
Therefore, based on 50d,278.16 square feet (551 .23' z 992.06') the systems
development fee is $5,082.

Gentlemen:
Olympic Pipe Line Company guarantees to pay the City of Renton for the
work performed by the Ci' 7 of Renton in the installation of a fire main
at our Renton Station, under Permit P-2739, Plan W-632.
It is our understanding, at this time, that the work nerformed by the
City of Renton shall be limited to the wet-tap connection at the north
end of the fire main.

utilities shall be accomplished in such a manner that the private improvements
existing in the right(s)-of-way shall not be disturbed or damaged, they will be
replaced in as good a condition as they were immediately before the property was
entered upon by the Grantee.

The Grantor shall .'ully use and enjoy the aforedescribed premises, including
Nthe right to retain the right to use the surface of said right-of-way if such use
� does not interfere with installation and maintenance of the utilities. However,
S? the Grantor shall not erect buildings or structures over, under or across the

Thls easement, shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be binding
on the Grantor, his successors, heirs and assigns. Grantors covenant that they are
the lawful owners of the above properties and that they have a good and lawful right
to execute this agreement.
