Attention: Mr. Jim Matthew, Battalion Chief
Subject: East Valley Medical Park
Dear Jim:
This letter sur.marizes our recent and planned activities . egarding placement
of a fire hydrant in the East Valley Medical Park, located north of Valley
General Hospital. hpproximately two weeks ag , RH2 Engineering was retained
by D 6 R Enterprises (Dr. Schimpf and Burkeb; le), to design the improvements
Lecessary to place a fire hydrant in the Ea,t Vallev Medical Park. We have
alreadv contacted Mr. Ron Olsen of the City's Eater Department who has in-
iorned us where the water supply pipeline mutt be located. Further, we have
examined the site and have identified a suitable pipeline alignment and
hydrant location (just west of the northern stair entry to the building).
We presently anticipate completing design of these additions by January 12,
1931 . Assuming submission of the plans for review the following day,
January 13, and one week for City review and approval, the completed plans
could be ready for bidding and start of construction the week of January 19
23.
Please contact me if you have -ny concerns regarding these dates.
Sincerely,
Richard H. Haroert, P.E.
