This letter is to confirm that all developmental fees have
been paid for Lot 1, Sunset Square Short Plat, under the
Systems Development Charge. The fees that nave been paid
under Permit No. 2928 include water system development and
sewer system development together with a latecomer fee for
each utility.
At the time Lot 1 develops, the permit fees that will be
include a sanitary and s'.orm sewer connectio„ fee (,$50.00
each); a right-of-way construction fee (if any); and the
down payment on a water meter.
