Please find enclosed tue Water Stub Service Agreement
together with a check from Parkwood homes, Inc. , in the
amount of $5,940.00 ( i.e. $180 x. 33 lots) . This is to
cover the 60% of the installation fe( 4r4d $300.00 that
you require prior to your installation 'bf the stubs.
Also enclosed is a copy of the final plat map; for your
use in assigning street address numbers as requested by
your Department.
We will notify you of our proposed schedule for stubs as
soon as curb construction is started. That will depend
on weather and soil conditions.
Please contact us if you have any questions regarding
this matter.
