SUBJECT: VALLEY GENERAL HOSPITAL - PHASE I1, RENTON, WA
Re: Water Line As-Built Drawings
Dear Ron:
This is to confirm our telecon of Au ust 6, 1982, in which we assured
YOU that we will submit acceptable As-Built drawings In the near future.
On July 30, 1982, we had asked the Architect to have the Owner engage a
surveyor to run a baseline, as you had requireu for Phase 1. Now we can
be more specific.
Townsend-Chastain and Associates, Inc, will begin the survey on August
10, 1982, and should submit the required Information to us by August 20,
1982. We will require about two weeks to field check, verify infor-
mation, and transfer the information to our original design tracings.
Our best guess then, is that we will deliver the As-Bunt drawings to
YOU no later than Septemer 3, 1982- We hope this is acceptable to you.
Ron, you are aware of the many hours that I spent on the Phase I
As-Guilt drawings, so that they were acceptable to the City of Renton. I
assure you that my effort on Phase 11 will be no different.
