Dear Mark:
It is the intent of this letter to grant formal acceptance of the water-
main and appurtenances installed under the above referenced project per
signed agreement. SAS 2688, Supplement No. 1. This agreement will serve
as a Bill of Sale for 1500 L.F. more or less of 8" 0.1. Watermain,
3 fire hydrant assemblies, and 6 - 8" gate valves for the South Renton
Park and Ride Lot.

S Line right-of-way and agrees, upon the satisfactory completion of
the work involved to deliver a letter of acceptance of okmiership of
those facilities.
The City agrees to assume full responsibility for the continued
maintenance and operation of the new facilities from and after the
date of said formal acceptance,

Gent Iamen:
On February 22, 1979 the State sent a letter requesting water and sewer
services from you for the South Renton Park A Ride Lot.
Since that time the field office preparing the plans has revised the
requirements and design of the water service.
Enclosed Is a revised plan sheet showing the new location of the water
services and the new fire hydrants and 8 Inch water main to be installed
by the State's contractor.
lie would like a revised cost estimate for the relocated water services
and a new cost estimate for the tap for the 8 inch main into the 18 inch
ruin on South Seventh Street.
The sewer service will remain as per the request on February 22, 1979.

On February 22, 1979 and again on April 6, 1979 letters were written
requesting water and sewer service for the METRO Park & Ride Lot in
South Renton.
Numerous telephone calls have also been m..ade recasting the status of
the request and the estimate of cost breakdown. Each time we have
been told it would be mailed out that day.
As of this date, we have not received the information requested and
the time for processing this information, on the part of the State,
is running short.
Please make every e`fort to comply with our service request as soon as
possible.
