Re: Central Highlands Plaza
Renton, Washington
Dear Mr. Gonnason:
Reference is made to correspondence which was sent to Mayor Delaurenti
and to the office of the City Clerk with copies to you on December 2, 1977.
In that correspondence, and with the accompanying forms and legal documents,
we made application to enter into a Developer's Agreement for reimbursement If the installation costs of a water line extension and a sanitary sewer
line extension.
In the interim, this work has been completed and costs can now be ascertained.
Ownership of the shopping center is held by C. E. Loveless and Loyd W. Powell
in personal form. Construction of the center is being carried out by
Loveless/Powell, Inc, as a general contractor. The specific work involved
was performed by sub-contractors. Enclosed for your records and completion
of this pending matter is a summary and the water mains. of the respective costs for the sewer line
It is my understanding that with the enclosed documentation of costs, your
department can arrange for completion of the pending Development Agreements.
Please advise if there is any further action required on the part of either
Mr. Loveless or Mr. Powell, or on the part of Loveless/Powell, Inc.

Re: Sunset 6 Duvall
Renton, Washington
Dear Mr. Gonnason:
In cooperation with the Engineering Department of Puget Sound Power 5 Light,
a plan has been developed for the electrical underground service_. To ac-
commodate this plan, an easement has been drafted in the form we are enclosing
herewith.
Please observe that a portion of the easement (the south 15 feet of the shop-
ping center property) overlays the 15 foot easement which was granted to the
City of Renton for the purpose of installing public utilities. Puget Sound
is aware of this easement and states that it will have no problem in making
a compatible installation.
The purpose of this letter is to advise you of our intent to grant this ease-
ment to Puget Sound Power 8 Light Co. If there is any conflict as regards
the City of Renton, please advise at an early date.
Regards,
Dean W. Tibbott
