successors and assigns, that said party of the first part is the owner of the said
property, nods and chattels and has good right and full authority to sell the

of the second part, its successors and assigns, against all and every person or

Please be referred to Glacier Park Company plat designated at Burlington
Northern Orillia Industrial Park of Renton. Division 11, record in
Volumes 111, pages 42 to 44, July 24. 1979, recorded in King County
Records, covering a portion of our industrial property located at
Renton, Washington.
Mr. Ron Olsen of the City of Benton has Drought to our attention that
when plat was filed and accepted by all concerned, no pruiision had been
made for reserving a 10-foot utility easement upon the exterior 10 feet
Of all lots within this plat, which would provide for the placement of
all utilities. As development of this plat is now beginning, will you
please advise if Glacier park Company can issue easements to the city
and the utility companies to provide for the installation of the
utilities that will be required. As a matter of information, we are the
owner of all the properties within this plat.
