Dear Mr Seppi:
Since our phone conversation about the above referenced subject, we have dis-
cussed the installation of these facilities and the easement with Ron Olson of
the Renton Engineering Department.
We Fropose to handle the ;nstallation and easement in the following manner:
1) Field locate the hydrant and routing of the line to mirimize the disturbance
of the native growth and to accommodate the lo:ation of the tee to be
Installed in Lake Young's Way.
2) Construct the line.
3) Provide an as-bvilt location of the line and f:ttings. =� ��•'' - %'' �"'� f�''r�'�""
4) and finally, write the legal description for this easement, 5' and 10'
either side of the installed location of the line. .'"+.� ,.
Previous experience has Indicated that wF,ere possible this is a more reliable
way of Insuring that the water line is within the easement.
