Ordinance N3343 The committee recommended first reading, suspension of rules
eec ar one and final readings on ordinance amending the Park dond Ordinance
Ordinance Amended adopted 7/23/79 by amending ballot title. MOVED BY PERRY, SECOND
(03336) SHANE, CONCUR IN RECOMMENDATION. CARRIED. Following reading,

accord with Jniform Building Code, 1976 Edition. MOVED BY
CLYMER, SECOND STREDICKE, ADOPT AS REID. CARRIED.

Latecomer Letter from Richard C Houghton, 1032 Shelton Ave. ME, requested
Agreement Request latecomer agreement for improvements installed at Kefer Short
Kefer Short Subdivision. The letter noted property lying to the east of
Subdivision Garden Court N. can benefit from the improvements: road, storm
drain, water main, hydrant and power. Refer to Utilities

Cabaret 3rdinance Letter from Mayor Delaurenti requested referral of the Cabart
