request for funding of property acquisition for extension of the

As developer-owner of the Eastridge Aparments at the above address,
the undersigned wishes to enter into a Developers Agreement for the
future reimbursement of installation costs on the water mains in-
stalled at the direction of th. city of Rentcm. We desire the
agreement to extend over a 10 year period from the date the water
lines are placed into service.
The above water mains are indicated drawing W-512 wrich is enclosed
as exhibit A. A bill of sale for this material will be sent to your
city clerk. Specific costs for this installation will be documented
to your Department of Public Works after construction has been completed.
