Developers Agreement - water Mains
Dear Mayor Delaurenti:
As developer-owner of the Rastridge Aparments at the above address,
the undersig::ed wishes to eater into a Developer: Agreement for the
future reimbursement of installation costs on the water mains in-
stalled it the direction oi the city of Renton. We desire the
agreement to extend over a 10 year period from the date the water
lines are placed into service.
The above water mains are indicated drawing W-512 which is enclosed
as exhibit A. A bill of sale for this material will be sent to your
city clerk. Specific costs for this installation will be documented
to your Department of Public works after construction has been completed.
