HOUGHTON ACTING PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR SUBJECT: LATECOMERS AGRtEMENTti 1. Eastridge Apartments Watermain Latecomers Agreement. This project has be?n completed and meets all City standards. The total cost of the project was $15,444 with an assessable front footage of 1074 52 feet which equates to $14.37 par front foot. The original agreement has not been executed by developer. This has been requested March 1979 and August 1980. No response has been received from the developer at this time. It is recommended that this latecomers agreement be denied and that a letter be sent to the developer su stating. Azalea Lane Sanitary Sewer Litt Station and Furcemain Latecomers Agreement. This project has oven completed and meets all City standards. The total cost of this prule.t was 548,336.81 with an assessable square footage of 2.178.000 square feet which equates to S•OZZ2 per square foot. A amp of the assessable area is attached herewith. It is recommended that this agreement be approved. 3. Superior Fast Freight Watermain Latecomers Agreement. lhis project has been completed and meets all city standards. T9e total cost of this project was $41 ,878.68 with an assessable footage of 2871.50 front feet which equates to $14.5842 per trunt foot. It is recommended that this agreement be approved.
