Know All Men By These Presents: That Glacier Park Company, a Minnesota
Corporation, hereinatter called Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of
One and no/IOC Dollars, to them in hand paid by the City of Renton, a Municipal
Corporation of the State of Washington, hereinafter called Grantee, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents grant, bargain, sell and

Approximately 61 L.F. of 12" Ductile Iron Pipe
and T9 L.F. of TV Ductile Iron Pipe
and --7 Fire Hydrant Assemblies
and 2 Ea. of 12" Gate Valves
and --W Ea. of 17 Gate Valves
and all appurtenances pertaining to said water main, expressly warranting said
water main against any expenses, costs or liens hereto incurred thereon by,
through or under seller herein.
To Have And To Hold the same to the Grantee, its successors and
assigns forever, ancl said Grantor for its heirs, executors, administrators,
covenants and agrees to and with the Grantee, that said Grantor is the owner of
said property, goods and chattels and has good right and full authority to sell
the same an;, that it will warrant and defend the sale hereby made unto said
Grantee, its seccessors and assigns, against all and every person or persons,
whomsoever, lawfully claiming or to claim the same.
In witness whereof, Glacier Park Company has hereunto set its hand and
