At about 0013 hours on 10/23/2025 1 responded to a hit and run accident at 2950 NE 11th St., in the city of
Renton, King County, Washington. Dispatch advised that"REF #RP55832-SUSSUB...OCCD 1 AGO, HR
TO PARKED VEH, SUSP VEH IS EB ON I ITH ST...HIT VEH AT INTERSECTION.. SUSP VEH
IS BLK SUV AND VICT VEH IS UNK DESC PARKED CAR,NOT BLKING."
I arrived on scene at approximately 0031 hours and spoke with the reporting party(RP) and witness
Launce Turner(tx: 925-628-2546) who stated in summary that he observed the black Acura SUV
(Unit 1 - no registration) from a prior incident with Renton Police Department(RPD) loitering in the
area after RPD advised them to leave. The Acura loitered for several minutes on Sunset Ln NE just
southwest of NE 1 lth St. When the Acura finally drove away, it drove northeast on Sunset Ln NE
through the intersection at NE 1 Ith St.
Based on my investigation the front driver's side of Unit 1 sideswiped the entire drivers side of a silver
Honda Odyssey (Unit 2 - BXK01.49/WA). I observed the drivers side mirror of the Acura broken on
the ground next to the Honda(photos uploaded via AXON).
Unit 1 then fled the scene. Ofc. Turner previously contacted this Acura with no registration and
visually identified a female driver with pink hair.
This concludes my involvement with this case.
During this incident, I was equipped with a body-worn camera,which records both audio and video. Portions
of this incident were recorded.This report is merely a summary of the incident and is not intended to be an
exact transcription of the entire investigation or what may have been captured with the recording system. I
was operating a fully marked Police Tahoe which was equipped with overhead emergency lights and sirens.
