This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 8 to CAG-18-260 with Intradyn.
This Amendment authorizes payment of Quote # 00009054, in the amount of $66,105.55
($59,932.50 plus tax), for the annual renewal and support subscription for text message
and social media archiving. The renewal term is 12/04/2025 – 12/03/2026.
