Construction Mitigation Description

AP Consulting Engineers PLLC is providing the enclosed Construction Mitigation
Description.
a. Proposed construction dates (begin and end dates):
Construction dates are determined by permitting and plan review.
Specific dates have not been determined at this time.
b. Hours and days of operation:
Construction activities are projected to be Monday thru Friday from 7AM
to 7PM or dusk.
c. Proposed hauling / transportation routes:
The logistical route that will have least impacts on residential areas is as
followed:
108th Ave SE to SE 192nd Street, right turn on 102nd Ave SE and the
project will be on the left-hand side. Please See the include haul route
map.
d. Any special hours proposed for construction or hauling
There are not any expected special hours of hauling or construction at this
time.
e. Preliminary traffic control plan.
Traffic control plans will be provided prior to civil engineering
construction permit issuance. This is a premature request at this phase of
preliminary plat initial submittal.
