On behalf of Rupinder Dulay for the Dulay 102nd Avenue SE Subdivision, AP Consulting
Engineers PLLC is including this Traffic Memorandum based on the Pre-Application
Transportation comment requesting a traffic impact analysis for projects that exceed 20
vehicles per hour during peak hours. The calculations below demonstrate that this
development is not expected to exceed 20 vehicles per peak hour.
This development proposes to only introduce 6.248 trips per peak hour. Therefore, this
development is exempt from the requirements of providing a full traffic impact analysis.
