5. If Rupinder Singh is not the same person as mentioned in the above document, we must be furnished
information to that effect satisfactory to the company, supported by an affidavit stating same. We reserve the
right to review the affidavit and make such further requirements as we deem necessary or advisable.
6. We find judgments, liens and matters of record involving a person or persons whose names are similar to
Bhulpinder Singh Chandi. As a result thereof, a Personal Information Affidavit establishing the identity of the
above described person must be provided to Stewart Title Company, prior to or at the time of closing, in order
to facilitate the exclusion, if possible, of these items.
7. Minerals of whatsoever kind, subsurface and surface substances, including but not limited to coal, lignite, oil,
gas, uranium, clay, rock, sand and gravel in, on, under and that may be produced from the Land, together with
all rights, privileges, and immunities relating thereto, whether or not appearing in the Public Records or listed in
Schedule B. The Company makes no representation as to the present ownership of any such interests. There
may be leases, grants, exceptions or reservations of interests that are not listed.
