The City of Renton’s Department of Community and Economic Development (CED) has received an application
for a requesting Administrative Short Plat Review, located at 18845 and 18855 102nd Ave SE (APN 3223059028
and 3223059285). Please see the enclosed Notice of Application for further details.
In order to process this application, CED needs to know which Renton schools would be attended by children
living in residences at the location indicated above. Please fill in the appropriate schools on the list below and
return this letter to my attention by emailing me at iharris@rentonwa.gov or mailing to City of Renton, CED,
Planning Division, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, Washington 98057, by November 12, 2025.
