NARRATIVE
On October 26th approximately between 9am to 10:30am, I parked the vehicle parallel on the street, facing east. I came back
to the rental vehicle and that was where I discovered a hit and run occurred. The damage is on the rear driver side on the
street of SE 183rd court, in front of resident address 10932 SE 183rd ct. The car was discovered after coming from a funeral
service which was around 2pm. No note was left on my rental vehicle. The paint transferred onto the vehicle appears to be
white. There is a large dent near the rear wheel with multiple scrapes and scuff white marks. There were no witnesses
present when I discovered the damage.
I am filing this report for insurance purposes and in the hopes that the responsible party can be identified and held
accountable. Please provide me with a report number for this incident.
