I recently had a meeting with Dion Coleman, our neighbor and the owner of the aforementioned property. During our discussion, I shared the preliminary survey documents, which are attached to this email, and we talked about providing the easement for the hammerhead turn around. Dion has agreed to provide the easement. Currently, I am working with our land use attorney to draft the emergency access easement so that we can get it signed and recorded. In the meantime, I would appreciate it if Dion could respond to this email to affirm his agreement to the easement. This will allow the planning department to continue with the review of the project.
