A public hearing will be held by the Renton Hearing Examiner on November 18, 2025 at 11:00 AM by means of the
Zoom Webinar to consider the following petition:
West African Community Center, LUA24-000390 Location: 505 S 4th St , Renton WA 98057 (APNs 7839800145,
7839800190) A Hearing Examiner Conditional Use Permit and Environmental (SEPA) Review are requested for the
change of use of an existing building to operate as a Social Service Organization.
