This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached foryour review and signature is a TAG packet with Watson Security. This packet
authorizes payment of Invoice # 0000100195, in the amount of $5,248.07, for the purchase
of Avigilion Licensing.
Avigilon is the software application used to manage and monitor all cameras deployed
throughout the city. Previously Avigilon had a perpetual licensing model, which they have
now changed to a subscription model, as most solutions have. This will be a net new yearly
addition to our service contracts spend.
