On 11/01/2025 at approximately 1904 hours, I was dispatched to the intersection of S Grady Way and
Rainier Ave S in the City of Renton, County of King, State of Washington for a recent hit and run with no
injuries.
I contacted unit 2 driver, Nancy D Lui (DOB 06/03/1976)who was identified by her WADL.
Nacy was driving he blue 2018 Honda CR-V(BNR4746/WA)VIN/2HKRW2H82JH692939, heading west on S
Grady Way. While she was at the intersection of S Grady Way and Rainier Ave S waiting for the signal to turn
green, a white 2009 Hoda Accord (CPU8341/WA)VIN/1HGCP26889A121594, had ran into her back bumper.
Nancy exited the vehicle and took pictures of the Accords front bumper in contact with the rear bumper of the
CR-V.The driver(unit 1)was described as a 30 y/o Hispanic male,that spoke broken English. He said that he
was going to pull over at the Kia dealership. Instead of pulling into the dealership the Honda continued west
on SW Grady Way.
Nancy stated that she would not be able to identify him as the windows were tinted and she did not get a
good look at his face.
The Hoda Accord is registered to a Darling Anabel Aguilar Martinez (DOB 01/10/1997) out of Renton.
Nancy's vehicle had minor damage to the rear bumper. It did not exceed $1000
I provided the case number to Nancy on my business card.
Unit#1 (SUSPECT)committed one(1)count of Hit-and-Run—Attended by being involved in an accident
with another vehicle,which is attended, and failing to stop and remain at the scene until fulfilling all
statutory duties(provide name, address, insurance company, policy,vehicle license, exhibit driver's
License and render reasonable assistance to any person injured).
This incident was captured on my body-worn camera.This report is a summary of the events that occurred
and is not an exact sequencing of events. Statements have been paraphrased and summarized
