Unless otherwise noted,the following occurred in the City of Renton, County of King, WA.
On 11-02-2025 at approximately 1250 hours I was dispatched to a non-injury/non-blocking collision which
occurred in the 300 block of Sunset Blvd N.
I arrived and observed front passenger side damage to unit 1 and damage to the driver side of unit 2.
The driver of unit 1, Robert, advised that he was travelling south on Sunset Blvd N in lane 3 when he
attempted to change lanes into lane 2 and struck unit 2.The driver of unit 2,Abdul, advised that he was
travelling south on Sunset Blvd N in lane 2, maintaining his lane,when unit 1 changed lanes into him.
The involved parties' account of the incident was consistent with my observations.
The drivers exchanged information.
Based on the information relayed to me, and my observations of both vehicles, I am led to believe that unit 1's
improper lane change was the proximate cause of the collision.
