Therefore, staff recommends accepting the low bid from R.L. Alia Company in the amount of $188,317.01 for the Renton Hill Alley Sewer Replacement 2013 project. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Accept the low bid from R.L. This particular emphasis will focus on distracted driving caused by cell phone usage.
