You’ve been added as a party of record. Per the applicant’s proposal very little dirt work is anticipated for this project (10 cy cut, 20 cy fill). No Native soils are likely to be disturbed during the project, given that the property is already completely developed. Pursuant to RCW 27.53.060 and 27.44.020, if any Native American graves or archaeological/cultural resources are found all construction activity shall stop and the owner/developer shall immediately notify the City of Renton Planning Department, concerned Tribes’ cultural committees, and the WA State DAHP.
