Unless otherwise noted, the following happened within the City Limits of Renton, County of
King, State of Washington.
On 11/06/25 at approximately 1820 hours I took a hit and run report by phone from the vict m,
Jennifer T.Vu (06/10/83). Jennifer told me that she parked her 2023 Testa Model Y WA/CGG4371
in the parking lot of Viet-Wah Asian Food 2825 NE Sunset Blvd. She was inside for about 20 mins
and when she came outside she noticed damage to her car on the rear driver wheel well.
She asked the manager of the store if he could putt up camera footage of the parking lot. She
was also able to have her son pull up the security camera footage from the Testa itself. In both
videos, at 1749 hours a white Toyota minivan, possibly and Odyssey, attempts to putt into the
parking stall next to Jennifer's Testa. Both videos show the minivan's passenger side scraped
along the Testa wheel well as it tried to pull into the stall.The minivan then tries to reverse and
strikes the Testa again. It then pulls forward through the stall and the one in front of it and briefly
parks at a stall in the next section over. No one ever gets out of the vehicle and after a few
seconds it drives off through the parking tot and out of sight.
Neither video was able to capture any details of the driver of the minivan.The video on the esta
was grainy due to the rain and time of day, and only a partial plate could be made out, 4563. 1
could not make out any of the letters on the license plate as it drove past the Testa.Jennifer
wanted to be a victim of hit and run unattended and agreed to assist with prosecution.
The driver of the Toyota minivan is the proximate cause of this accident.They struc a legally
parked vehicle and did not make any attempt to locate them or exchange information before
Leaving.
If the driver of the Toyota can be identified there is probable cause for RCW 46.52.020
Duty on striking unattended car or other property for striking Jennifer's Testa and then leaving
without exchanging information or attempting to locate her.
This incident occurred in the sCity of Renton,King County,Washington State.
