NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Renton City Council has fixed the 1st day of December 2025, at
7:00 p.m. as the date and time for a public hearing to be held in the seventh floor Council
Chambers of Renton City Hall, 1055 S. Grady Way, Renton, 98057, to consider the following:
Solicit public input regarding the vacation of unopened right-of-way located east
of 158th Ave SE and south of NE 128th St; Petitioner Renton Regional Fire
Authority, VAC-25-001.
Additionally, this meeting is also being offered as a hybrid meeting on December 1, 2025, at 7
p.m. by means of a Zoom video-conference web application. For those wishing to attend by Zoom,

If you wish to speak during the Public Hearing, it is requested that you provide your name and
email address to Judith Subia, Chief of Staff, at jsubia@rentonwa.gov or by calling 425-430-6575 by
5 p.m. on Monday, December 1, 2025, so that the meeting information can be provided to you
prior to the start of the meeting. Alternatively, written comments on this topic can be submitted to
cityclerk@rentonwa.gov by 5:00 p.m. on December 1, 2025.
