Enclosed is the Shoreline Substantial Development Permit for the above referenced project. The permit was issued by the City of Renton on November 13, 2025. A Determination of Non-Significance
was issued by the City’s Environmental Review Committee on September 22, 2025. The appeal period October 6, 2025, no appeals of the threshold determination filed.
We are filing this action with the Department of Ecology and the Attorney General per WAC 173-14-090. Please review this permit and attachments and contact me at (425) 430- if you
