The following occurred in the City of Renton, County of King, State of Washington.
On 11/09/2025 at about 0432 hours I was attempting to exit the parking lot of Kaiser Permanente, 275
Bronson Way NE onto Vuemont PL NE heading eastbound. As I made the right turn the passenger side of my
patrol vehicle C-320, WA license (79968D)struck the rear driver's side bumper of a black Nissan, WA license
(CKF4833). The vehicle was unoccupied, unlawfully parked on the south side of Vuemont PL NE within 5 feet
of the driveway and directly in front of the stop sign for Bronson Way NE.
A record check of the license plate showed the vehicle clear, expired (07/09/24)to Cassiana Holloway out of
Issaquah. As I was unable to contact Holloway I took digital photographs of the vehicles and left my business
card with the case number.
Nothing further at this time.
