Narrative:
The following incident occurred in the City of Renton, in the County of King in the State of
Washington.
The incident was captured on by body worn camera. The report is a summary of events that occ rred
and is not an exact sequencing of events. Statements have been paraphrased and summarized.
On 10-28-25 at approximately 1914hrs, I contacted Singh, HARSIMRANJEET at 4300 Talbot Road
South about a hit and run report.
Singh told me he was driving west on SE Carr Road about the 10400 block in the number 2 lane He
told me vehicle 1 was in the number 1 lane and was speeding and hit the right rear bumper of his
vehicle. The I vehicle then cut into his lane and continued west and then turned south on Talbot Road
South before he lost sight of it.
Singh told me that the vehicle was driving as though it was stolen and was able to get a license plate,
but he never saw the driver. Singh said he though vehicle 1 also struck another vehicle; however, that
driver never stopped or showed up to file a report.
There was minimal damage to Singh's vehicle; however, he still request a police report.
No suspect driver information.
