The following occurred in the City of Renton, King County, Washington unless otherwise stated.
During this incident 1 was equipped with body-worn camera which records both audio and video.
Portions of the incident were recorded. This report is merely a summary of the incident and is not
intended to be an exact transcription of the entire investigation or what may have been captured
with the recording system. During this incident I was wearing a department issued uniform or jump
suit and outer carrier vest which was marked with "Police"both on the front, back, and
department patches on each shoulder of the uniform or jumpsuit, as well as a Renton Police Velcro
badge on my►eft chest. It would be immediately obvious to any reasonable person that I was a
Police Officer.
On 10/30/2025 at 0758 hours I was dispatched to a hit and run report that occurred at S 3rd St and
Rainier Ave S.
I called the victim, identified as Farhiyo A. Dhore (DOB: 02/02/1999), and asked what happened.
Dhore informed me that she was at the intersection of S 3rd St and Rainier Ave S at around 0747
hours. Dhore was unable to recall which lane she was in at the time of collision. Dhore stated that
she was driving her 2016 Toyota Corolla (WA LP: CSE2282). Dhore stated that another vehicle, a 2021
Acura RDX (WA LP: BWP4131) collided with her vehicle.
Dhore stated that the front bumper of the RDX collided with the front bumper of her Corolla.
Dhore stated that she did not wish to pursue charges for the crime of hit and run and only wanted to
document the incident for insurance purposes.
