Door(s) Rear Collision 2025-00009246 Paqe 2 OF 4 Case Number 2025-00009246 Officer Narrative Narrative On 10/25/2025 at 1638 hours I was dispatched to a follow-up from a collision on 10/21/2025. 1 contacted the reporting party, Najla Seirawan, and she relayed the following: On 10/21/2025 at about 1800 hours she was involved in a collision in the 2000 block of Union Ave NE in the City of Renton, County of King. She was traveling northbound on Union Ave NE in her 2016 Honda CRV(WA AZM3982) when the vehicle in front of her stopped, ostensibly to turn left. Seirawan attempted to stop her vehicle, but did not do so in time.The front end of her vehicle collided with the rear of the vehicle stopped in front of her, causing minor damage to both vehicles. The driver of the vehicle hit by Seirawan, identified herself to Seirawan with a WADL as Mykhanh Kaitlynn Nguyen (09/14/2003).They exchanged information and Seirawan believed Nguyen reported the collision to the police. Seirawan stated Nguyen was driving and she collided with a blue Honda Accord (WA BXH6323). The Honda Accord is registered at the same address as Nguyen's DOL. Seirawan took pictures of the damage to the Honda and took a video of the damage to her vehicle. She later provided those to me via email and I uploaded them to the case file. Today, however, when Seirawan spoke to her insurance company,they advised the other vehicle involved in the collision was a Toyota.The insurance company told Seirawan to report this to the police in case Nguyen was attempting to get an uninvolved vehicle repaired. As such, Seirawan called to report the incident. I located the original call to Renton Police (RP250055589) on 10/21/2025. In that call,the driver identified herself as Nicon Nguyen and provided a license plate of(WA CAZ9673)for her vehicle and the license plate for Seirawan's vehicle. WA CAZ9673 returns to a Toyota Camry out of Newcastle.The Toyota is not registered to Nguyen.The reporting party for that incident was contacted by police and told the Officer the parties exchanged information, so they no longer needed a report. I advised Seirawan I would document the incident for her, but as I did not respond to the collision, I had no way of verifying which vehicles were involved. I provided her with the case number.
