Unless otherwise noted, the following occurred in the City of Renton, County of King, WA.
On 11-12-2025 at approximately 2002 hours I was dispatched to a collision that occurred in the
12900 block of 160th Ave SE. The collision occurred at approximately 1933 hours.
I contacted the driver and passenger of unit 2 at the scene. Via Language Line Solutions
interpretation for Spanish, they described being rear-ended by an unknown vehicle (unit 1) at the
location. I gathered unit 1 was likely trying to pass unit 2 and both were traveling south bound. The
description I could gather for unit 1 was that it was a possible van.
I photographed unit 2, and the photographs were uploaded to evidence.com. Unit 2 was not drivable
due to significant damage to the rear driver side of the vehicle and was towed to Gene Meyer's yard.
No injuries were reported. Please forward to the Traffic Investigations Unit for review.
During this incident I was equipped with body-worn camera which records both audio and video.
Portions of the incident were recorded. This report is merely a summary of the incident and is not
intended to be an exact transcription of the entire investigation or what may have been captured
with the recording system.
