Narrative
On 11-13-2025 at 0935 hours I was dispatched to a two vehicle accident at S 2nd St and Shattuck Ave S in the
city of Renton, King County WA. I arrived on scene and observed a white sedan with rear end damage and a
white truck parked behind it.
The driver of the white sedan, unit 2 was Mina Macarthur. Mina stated she was waiting at the red light when
unit 1 rear ended her. Mina said her neck was sore but didn't need medical attention.
I spoke with the driver of unit 1,Jason Wall who stated he saw the red light but his brakes locked up on the
wet pavement and leaves and he rear ended unit 2.
Unit 1 did not appear damaged. Unit 2 sustained damage to the rear bumper and truck.
Both parties were identified by there WA driver's licenses. Both parties were given the case number.
