Ramps closure hours shall be Sunday through Thursday 11:00 PM to 4:00 AM nightly. Traffic hold hours shall be Sunday through Thursday 11:59 PM to 4:00 AM nightly. Holiday Impacts: No closures will be allowed from noon the day prior to a holiday or holiday weekend through noon the day following a holiday or holiday weekend.
