Thank you for the response. I know the area around the airport is highly disturbed, but
considering its proximal location to Renton HS, we would appreciate an unanticipated or stop
work protocol.

Hi Nancy,
Thanks for reaching out. Because the project was SEPA-exempt and the permit has already
been issued, we can’t require an IDP at this stage. That said, we’ve notified the applicant to
implement a stop-work protocol and to contact DAHP, the Duwamish Tribe, and the City
immediately if any cultural resources are encountered during construction.
